Bird feeding and pest feeding,rats,pidgeons,seagals,the pellets are being thrown onto private property,and food fed from bowls in comunal,problems with bins not being emptied etc plus feeding hasn't helped the problem of pests,as in the past ,where rats have even been in the attic

  • Not fixed ,cardiff council has now had to put bait boxes around bins,courtyard as rat or rats have been seen
