Council street bins (still) covered in graffiti

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7527903.

It's taken 2.5 months, 3 reports (2 of which via a councillor) and an NRS claim that all the reported graffiti on council bins on Dumbarton Rd, Whiteinch was removed, 2 NRS visits to clean up 3 grit bins (1 missed on first visit), and still not a single 'Litter & Dog Waste' bin has been tackled. If this is efficiency, I am a graffiti-free council bin.
