Grass plot cut unnecessarily

Another non-residential plot gets an unnecessary (and full cut). It's in an area that few frequent, even in passing. It has but that one tree and ideal (and no major leaf fall, so not nutrient rich)) as a wildflower plot. And the more logical plot next to it (also cut) would balance the two.
