  • What I've heard is that landlords change bedding with tenants. As it is the landlord, not the tenant, that is disposing of it, it is commercial waste, so won't be accepted free at the council tip. Of course, you still have to be a criminal to dump a mattress whether you are landlord, tenant, or owner occupier.

  • We suspected the increase in discarded mattress was down to the growth of rented houses in the area.

    Which asks the questions if Landlords who taken the rent have no regard for the local community, how are those who pay the rent going to be treated if they should dare make a complaint o a Landlord

  • Please to say the item has been removed, if by the council, Thank You, very prompt service. If someone has taken for own use, think you had better check it out, saw some dogs using as a urinal.
