Wire fence broken down

The wire fence has been broken down now for over 2 years I have reported it before as been a danger to children and animals It is being used by parents and children as a cut through and also teenagers drinking and smoking coming up through the gap They are damaging the trees and damaging the area for wildlife Dogs have also escaping from the park also worrying the wildlife . This so needs to be repaired so that no will get injured
