The amount of roadside litter on the A4130 between Crowmarsh and Nettlebed is astonishing....The overwhelming majority is 'industrial' packaging material - plastic bottles, plastic sheeting, etc....Most of this probably 'escapes' from the Fred Sherwood lorries which are using this road to go to the West Ilsley Waste Transfer Station....Can Fred Sherwood not be forced to ensure that the trailers used by them to transport the rubbish have a closed roof ? I have followed these trucks several timers and seen litter literally 'fly out of' these trailers and fall on the roadside.
