No reflectors/posts to mark the edge of ditch/gully

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7521674.

Missing reflectors/post to denote the gulley/ditch on the bend. Also there is a pothole which has been marked up but because of its location it is dangerous if drivers attempt to drive round it. The ditch/gully is full of dumped cans and the whole of kennels lane needs a litter pick and dumped items removed.
