Fly tipping terrible in this area

I wrote directly to our council a year ago however have not heard anything since. This is under the bridge across gadie street towards provan road however the fly tipping is extensive in this whole area, from this point all along Dee street to nearby kennishill allotments. The rubbish is thickest at this point and has been added to for years- I've lived on Don Street for ten years and would say that it hasn't once been cleaned up.
