Thank you for your patience. During the repair, on 13th August, the play specialist encountered issues. Whilst 4 old fixings have been replaced, the roundabout is still not working as it should and requires new bearings. Unfortunately, this means more extensive repairs are required than originally anticipated and a revision to the original quotation. We have been advised the roundabout is not a health and safety concern.
We will update this FMS with an ETA for the repair as soon as we have further feedback from the specialist.

We are pleased to say that we will shortly be installing a popular accessible alternative carousel, which offers similar play value.
We are waiting for the installation date, which we anticipate to be early Spring 2026.
We will now close the enquiry; however, we will keep the valued customer updated directly.
