18 inch potholes near entrance

These potholes have been here for about 6months and are damaging my vehicles.suspension and I am pretty sure that other vehicles have been damaged so I have been in touch with SOVEREIGN HOUSING Aand they tell me that is your responsibility. Could you please investigate and fix as necessary. Regards Allen Hibbert
