A frequent issue. Council Bins on the Calvers not emptied as often as they should be. Been like this for past 3-4 weeks, and is a long standing problem. I'm a dog walker. Overflowing bins not only encourage rats, but are an eyesore & stink. This is my neighbourhood, and to have to walk pass this mess several times a day with my dog is truly disheartening. Not to mention as a responsible dog owner, I'm struggling where to put my dog's poo bags! Please sort this message out asap
