Domestic hedges obstructing pavement

The hedge of two properties, immediately opposite the Swim Centre and near a pedestrian crossing, have grown and encroached so much that there is almost no public footpath available, only the cycle way. This has become even worse with spring growth, though it has been there for months.

Received a prompt response from Norfolk County Council, who confirmed they were already aware of the issue and were taking steps to deal with it, ultimately after the nesting season.
