The trees are absolutely gorgeous but have been out of control for many years. I understand that birds nest and use these trees for protection but they have become out of control. The house that the trees are resident in has recently been refurbished and I was hoping they would have been maintained at the same time. They are very tall at least 50ft so the concern that if they are unstable is massive but also they block the sun for myself and my neighbours gardens. Being a South West facing gardens we have (apart from the last few years, down to the trees) always had beautiful sun all afternoon and evening, which has completely changed since these trees have been out of control. It’s not only in the summer they worry me, during the high winds are even more of a concern.
