Parked cars causing dangerous driving

Cars parking along Hampton Road are making it dangerous for cars pulling out of Stanton Ave/ NPL. There is nearly always a bus parked at the NPL bus stop (as the drivers switch over here) meaning it is blind on the right for cars pulling out. And then additionally cars park on the left side, meaning drivers need to swing out partly onto the other side of the road, which is also blind. I have seen multiple near miss collisions here.
