Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7499347.

Light is now working but there is so much foliage around it that hardly any light falls on the road. Foliage needs to be severely pruned

No one has done anything to resolve this problem. If you walk down the street in the dark it is VERY dark where the light should be shining. Please sort this out!
