Weeds between paving getting out of hand again

This area at the bottom of Barson Close where the old water pump is is always left and neglected. The weeds are starting to get out of control again. I believe last year they were sprayed once some of them were 2-3feet in height. They turned brown but were left and never collected.

    To date nothing has been done and consequently the weeds keep growing. It’s getting to be a problem each year and then needs more work/time therefore money spent on addressing the problem.

    As you can see from the three images, the problem is worse as the weeds have not been tended to. The area looks a mess. It has not been fixed.
