Information on bus stop electrics

When the bus stop outside of my property at 17 Kellaway Avenue Bristol BS6 7XP was electrified a few years ago, it looks like an electrical box was placed on my garden wall. This garden wall will need to be demolished to facilitate the access of a crane and I assume the electrical box will be in the way. Please can you advise who is responsible for this as surely permission should have been sought to place it on the garden wall in the first place?
