Cars parked all along duncombe street yellow double lines. Affecting traffic leaving Osborne street to exit into duncombe street. This in turn allows only single line traffic being able to go down or up or exit side road causing potential accidents. Cars parked on corners near exit of Osborne street. No cones being used to remind people not to park

Why are there unofficial traffic cones placed outside the Mosque on Duncombe St. I had to stop there today on my journey because of a health condition and I am legally allowed to park on double yellow as I have a blue badge and was confronted by an individual who came from the Mosque telling me to move and that I could not park there. He said he had an official letter giving them permission to use these cones. Please advise.
