Feeding pigeons/squirrels

Resident of 4 Blean grove has been having an issue with vermin, coming from the park behind. There are people who visit the park and feed the squirrels and pigeons, this has then invited them (the vermin) to come into her property and nest, this in turn has cause expense from damage they have caused. She has asked the people in the park to stop feeding these vermin, but has in turn just had abuse from the people, as they said they are allowed to do this. Please can this be stopped, as the issue and infestation keep occurring, as long as people are there feeding them, they are fighting a losing battle. Can a sign be put up to ask people not to feed the animals.
