Hedges need further work

Reported via mobile in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 05:11, Mon 28 April 2025

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7490036.

In late 2024 some hedges were cut back in a public pathway adjacent to my property at 20 Pepper Road, Leeds, LS10 2EU. The hedges (possibly poison ivy) were growing on a wall which borders my property and the public pathway.

It appears as though the roots on the hedges have been cut by the council. Since then the remaining part of the plant has come away from the wall on my side. It is causing issues with parking and access on my land.

I was not made aware that this work would be carried out and I am not happy with the result as it has affected my side. I should have been notified by the council of this or the remaining hedge should have been disposed of on my side (and not left half a destroyed hedge behind).

Please can you look into this as soon as possible.
