Pothole on crow road in front of bus stop near traffic lights.

There is a pothole that looks like it had been filled in previously but half has come out. The problem is that between 11.00pm and 3am when the hgv's are speeding up crow road and drive over this crater the house shakes as I am on the end of the block and the side of the house runs parallel with road.there is also a drain to the left beside footpath which has lost its framework so both are contributing to the shuddering. Has been going on for a month.
