Overnight parking

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7486410.
Every Saturday night and many Friday nights, there can be 10 cars or more that arrive from about 11pm onwards and park up. As well as the cars being noisy, the drivers and their passengers are noisy and on several occasions play loud music and openly drink alcohol. They go off to wherever they are going and return noisily at around 2.30 am/3 am/4 am and on several occasions arguments break out and worryingly the prospect of fighting. These cars are parked on double yellow lines and as Dagger Lane is to a certain extent out of sight, these revellers have been doing this and getting away with both the illegal parking, anti social behaviour and noise for years. Can something be done to deter these people from continuing this behaviour?

I have spoken to a traffic warden who indicated that they do not work during the early hours. The many cars park down Dagger Lane and outside Lisle Court from about 11.30pm on Saturday nights until about 2am to 4am when they go back to their cars after being in the nightclubs. They are rowdy and some worse for drink.
