Potholes all along the road.

There are a series if potholes along the road. I took photos of 2 where it was safe to park to do so. Often, they are in places where on a narrow road, with farm vehicles and work traffic, you have to move to the side to pass.when has been raining, you do not realise how deep they are as it looks like a puddle. Many are deeper than those photographed.

Tuesday 23/4 this week, when commuting to work, I hit these potholes trying to avoid oncoming traffic. It resulted in both of my left hand tyres puncturing, with the front one being slashed open from the impact. I had to get RAC to recover me. I missed a day at work, and had to pay £325 to replace both tyres. The potholes are deceivingly deep, and impossible to avoid on such a narrow road. I want compensation!

I drove along this road yesterday (30th April) and just before Cobb Hall Cottage the front passenger side wheel just went bang as it just dropped into a large pothole. Be very careful as you drive along this road as the potholes are filled with water and therefore give no idea of how deep and dangerous they are. The breakdown company told me they had been called out several times to rescue people on this road, so the problem needs addressing urgently.
