Sound School 20mph signs approaching flashing lights not working

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7479164.
The flashing lights outside Sound School not working. There are two sets of flashing lights on either side of the school that are supposed to flash and warn drivers to reduce their speed to 20 mph during school drop-off and pick-up times. Unfortunately, neither of these lights are currently working as they don't flash.
I believe this is a matter for the council's traffic management team, as these lights are essential for the safety of the children attending the school. I have also reported this issue to the school administration in hopes of getting the lights operational again at the correct times.
These lights should be functioning in the morning and afternoon to cover school drop-off and pick-up times, and they should remain on in the afternoon to support the after-school club pick-up times.
I kindly request that the council take immediate action to get these lights functioning again and ensure they are working properly to safeguard the children and pedestrians in the area.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
