Broken strapping to newish tree in Clayponds Avenue, Brentford.

The strapping on one side of a newish tree outside 48, Clayponds Avenue, Brentford has broken. I have temporarily retied the strapping to the tree due to the strong winds over the last few days but it needs to be refastened properly as my temporary measure will restrict the growth of the tree trunk in time.
