The litter bin on the Horncastle bus stop on the A4 Bath Road opposite Aldi & Lidl has gone, as a result people are leaving poo bags on the built up area behind the bus stop, can the bin be put back or regular checks to remove rubbish left because the bin is missing.

They just removed the remainder of the bin but did not clear any of the rubbish or the poo bags.
