Faded Road marking
Reported via desktop in the Road Marking category anonymously at 12:06, Wednesday 23 April 2025
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7469745.
Many years a go the Addington road approaching from the Glebe roundabout was made into one lane as it caused endless problems. The round about can not accommodate two cars approaching from this entrance. the road marking has now faded and road traffic problems are reoccurring as car divide into two lanes approaching the roundabout.
Please could you ensure the road markings are clear on this roundabout.
Many thanks

This report has been referred to our Traffic Management Team who are responsible for the way traffic is managed on Bromley's roads; including, but not limited to, implementing new road markings and signage in relation to road safety and parking; walking and cycling improvements, including identifying locations for new cycle racks and installing Vehicle Activated speed signs - however, please note that responsibility for enforcing speed limits rests with the Police.
Where requests are made for changes, our Traffic Management Team will consider all requests but often there is a need for a full investigation, planning and consultation within the local area particularly around proposed new traffic schemes, and any considerations must be balanced with borough-wide priorities. This report is now closed on FixMyStreet and our Traffic Management Team will consider this matter.State changed to: Internal referral
