A pedestrian tripped and fell on the pathway.

The footpath outside of 15 Westfield Road has progressively gotten worse over the last 12 months. DESPITE BEING REPORTED, it's not been attended too. It is cracked, uneven and has caused an elderly pedestrian to trip and fall.
