Kerbstone has completely lifted out of ground

The kerbstone outside 47 has completely lifted, its extremely heavy and may damage cars. Cars have been going into it, which moves it into the street causing a dangerous obstruction, and then people are moving it back, but it is still unsafe. There is a school local, so children are often walking down the road and lots of cars parking in the area. If not sorted then a huge accident may happen.
