Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7459407.

Footpath continues to break up and now disintegrating badly. My wife has already slipped up on loose tarmac. Fell over. Baby injured twin hospitalisation. Insurance claim pending. WHY HAS THIS STILL NOT BEEN ATTENDED TOO. WHY AM I GETTING FOBBED OFF. (Above intervention limit a little used path) IT IS NARROW AND RUNS ALONG SIDE THE BUSY MAIN ROAD I SENT PHOTOS OF 8 PEOPLE USING IT AT THE SAME TIME. PLUS WHEEL CHAIRS AND PUSHCHAIRS IT IS USED BY THE 100,s of JEHOVAHS WITNESS ATTENDEES IN ADJACENT PREMISES IT IS NOW A DANGEROUS PATH TO USE IT NEEDS CONING OFF UNTIL REPAIRED FALL
