  • Thank you for your patience. We have been advised by the play specialist that this roundabout will have to be dismantled and investigated to work out the issue. This investigation will be undertaken in the upcoming weeks.

  • Thank you for your continued patience. The play specialist has encountered an unusual issue with accessing the bearings (the part which need to be replaced to enable it to function correctly), whereby the access point has been welded closed. Unfortunately, this means more extensive repairs are required than originally anticipated and a revision to the original quotation.

    We will update this FMS with an ETA for the repair as soon as we have further feedback from the specialist.
