Traffic lights not working

Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7457471.

I was on my way to drop my wife at work and as I was approaching the marked area I noticed that the traffic lights were not working. Since I went to drop my wife around 6.39, I did not encounter any difficulties with the traffic. However, this is a busy area during the day.
