Laurel Hedge Obstructing Pavement

Laurel hedge takes up a third of the pavement at knee level and more further up. Pedestrians being forced off pavement into the mud, especially when the pavement is flooded by rain. Two pedestrians cannot pass. Hedge needs cutting back to 'The Laurel's' property boundary (full height). Hedge is hiding pedestrians on the pavement from drivers exiting The Laurels carpark.
