Break up of surface and potholes causes puncture

It isn’t indescribable how many times people have complained about this pothole and surface break up , my friends daughter who is a midwife at Epsom Hospital returns home after a 12 hour shift on Good Friday evening and suffers a puncture and damage to her tire and alloy , when will will the council ever understand and appreciate that this needs sorting it’s been a problem for years and yet they deny that there is a problem…. it needs sorting
