Broken salt bin

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7454077.

The issue has been present for multiple months. The salt bin has been damaged and salt is leaking out of the bin at the sides. This is on the junction of Beggarwood Lane and canberra way
