Updates
-
The Street Lighting Team aim to repair all faulty lighting within 20 working days, however, there may be some circumstances that this time for repairs is be extended. For example, if it is an electricity supply fault, this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend and rectify as we cannot work on their network, in these cases we will update you to let you know it is an electricity supply fault.

Update
We have checked our records and the lighting issue reported is not one that we maintain.
Not all lighting in Buckinghamshire is the responsibility of Buckinghamshire Highways, and unfortunately we do hold records for all assets which we are not responsible for, and we cannot use public money to resolves issues we are not responsible for.
The contact details below may assist you in progressing your enquiry further:
- Some Parish and Town Councils have their own lighting columns
- Some columns are privately owned, and we unfortunately do not hold these details, but you could contact Land Registry, who will be able to provide you with the ownership details
Feedback helps us improve our services, so please tell us your views using this simple Form
