Sent to Lewisham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7453972.
I have reported this already on Tuesday and Thursday this week and nothing is being done about it. Vermin is spreading into neighbouring estate, it's getting out of control.
3 large Lewisham bins are being permanently located on Sydenham Hill pavement versus inside the private property of 36 Sydenham Hill. The bins are overfilled and rubbish is over spilling. They cannot be shut and bin bags are spilling onto pavement and torn apart by vermin and foxes. Collections are not happening. Witnessed lots of vermin all across the three large bins."
