Playground slide unit has black caps missing again

The Downe recreation ground playground slide unit has black caps missing again. See photo - the bare metal ends are a bit sharp - need to be taped over whilst awaiting new caps to be fitted

Thank you for your report. We have made the ends of the poles safe with tape as a temporary solution. The job to replace the caps has been raised with the play specialist.

Today I found two heavy rubber caps in the general recreation ground - obviously removed from the slide unit yesterday. I have taken these home for safekeeping (see photo). From my estimate, there are now 4 rubber caps removed from the slide in total. The metal ends could probably do with being taped up again (to avoid sharp edges) while caps are on order. Note - contact me via e-mail to have the two caps returned

Thank you for your continued patience. Along with the caps our Community Manager collected from you, we have the additional caps ordered and the works for these to be replaced/installed are booked in for the week commencing 11th August.
