Black refuse bin abandoned. It has a number 108 on the bin. However there is no 108 nearby. It has been on the pavement for a week. I have moved it onto the grass outside no 34/36 Headley Park rd.

  • Still not collected and investigations have been fruitless in finding the number 108 that it belongs to. Certainly not Durleigh close, willoughby close or headley park avenue
