There are 29 cars parked along a short stretch of road

The 29 cars parked on one side of the road are causing huge issues for us as local residents. The roadway nearly fits 2 cars comfortably. The are parked close to 2 bends which narrows and there’s a lack of safe visibility to drive passed them and no real stopping points. Cars parked either side of driveways which is stopping residents from exiting their properties safely. I nearly had a head on collision with a driver this afternoon to came round the bend just passed the pub at some speed.
