Pothole again at traffic lights wootton Rd,northcourt Rd junction

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7443813.

The recent repair…feb 25…has come out in large chunks, exposing the wiring to the traffic light sensor loop. There are chunks of material on the road. This has been repaired twice in the last 6 months….could it be done properly?
