The whole A46 road from the Golden Cross traffic lights down to the Dr Newtons Road is all breaking up numerous holes tarmac breaking up drain covers sunk utilities trenches all need repairs

The whole road as described above is in need of urgent repairs and resurfacing it is as bad or worse than Brimscombe Hill which is now being resurfaced

Thank you for reporting a pothole.
First, a safety inspector will visit the location to assess whether a repair needs to be completed and plan the work needed. Works are prioritised based on the urgency of the situation. The council aim to repair all significant potholes (more than 4cm deep and 30cm wide) within 28 days.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
