Tesco Express carts still being left on pavement

Formal complaint 101000204302 10th Aug 2023 response: ‘We can advise that a roads officer has reminded the store duty manager that they are not permitted to store the carts on the public footway and that they must be stored within the delineation line of their building.’

2025? Now worse than ever, Both sides of the pedestrian crossing barriers were stacked with stock cages as per, as was directly outside the business & other sections of pavement.

Please intervene (again) and *keep* checking and intervening until Tesco finally get the message. Thanks.
