Parks in loading bay for days and keep reporting. Now started to park on pavement in front of an access for pedestrians to steps. Changes reg plates all the time too on this same vehicle.

  • Still using the loading bay as his personal parking space for days on end Many reported it to GCC. Not a taxed vehicle either.
