A nearby resident has commandeered the grass verge (junction of Mayfair Rd & Hollyhedge Road for personal parking. They have installed wooden posts and a plastic bollard on the public grassed kerb and are using it to park vehicles on. As a matter of urgency can they be directed to reinstate the land and stop using it as a garage
