Long Standing Problem
Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7438381.
This is an 18 month problem with repeated occurrences. The bed or sofa frame has been fly tipped since mid February. Large quantities of bags of rubbish are often dumped here. Some are not sealed and contents blow across the close. This problem never seems to go away.
