Parking around Oak street

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7437140.

The parking at the junction of Oak Street is getting worse. All the parking at the bottom of the road contravenes article 243 of the highway code and is hazardous. It's going to cause a serious accident. Also the junction of Oak Street and Francise Street and Adams Street is similar.
