Dangerous looking wall may topple over?

Sent to Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7435277.

The wall is on a low bridge and it doesn’t look very safe/ sturdy to me. If it should topple it could be dangerous. It is in close proximity to schools and am not sure what is on the other side but it would be falling from height?

Updates

Have received an email saying the wall has been checked and is stable. In the last few months the wall has visibly deteriorated ( looked like someone may have clipped it?) so I am not 100% convinced. I am not qualified here at all so accept I could be wrong but it still looks dangerous to me.
