Trees preventing pedestrian from walking on footpath

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 743524.

Directly out side 68 Gilders Sawbridgeworth Herts CM210EH Vehicle has been parked on footpath for some months now. There are two very overgrown trees planted in the front gardenof this property that over the years have taken over the entire footpath in Gilders
