This spot needs visited monthly, all posters removed, all businesses contacted and warned (as per your own plan) and if the same businesses continue to flypost - enforce. You have been hiring again, so no excuses (how long does a phone call take anyway?).

Note: This month' selection includes Banner-Kwik (who, of course, sell these things...) and Mr Hydroponic himself (who seems to get everywhere in the West End).
